Yes- each Olive Juice swimwear piece is designed and handmade with care and attention. Because we focus on fit, feel and durability rather than mass-production, our items are made to order.

Since your swimwear is made especially for you, please allow 3–5 working days for production before shipping (excluding transit time). Large orders may take slightly longer; in which case we will notify you!

We use premium-quality fabrics for exceptional fit and comfort: we use 100% Lycra, imported from Germany, carefully chosen for its stretch, structure and durability. This ensures consistently high standards and an elevated feel.

We understand- finding the perfect swimwear fit can be tricky. Please refer to our sizing chart and fit guide on the site before ordering. If you find your piece doesn’t work for you, reach out to our Customer Care team and we’ll explore what we can do (subject to our return/exchange policy).

Yes- we offer Express DHL shipping to USA and Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand and the European Union. Delivery times vary by destination; you’ll see the available options and cost at checkout.

Each item is made to order so cancellations or changes become difficult once we've cut your bikinis fabric. Cancellations are welcome within 5 hours from when the order was placed, after that your order will be processed for production. If you need to update something, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before your swimwear is cut/started.

Our made-to-order nature means we handle returns/exchanges carefully. Please see our Returns and Refund policy under the Menu section.

Production time can vary slightly depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of the design. We always aim for 3–5 working days, but during busy periods it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience- we believe the wait is worth it.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@olivejuice.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
